Cords, Cords, Cords

My living room is a mass of bad wiring. Whoever built my house had no idea where the normal person would want to watch television.....or set up a computer. So, I have wires going all over the place so that things sit in their logical (according to me) places. I have satellite lines across my fireplace and a DSL line stretching across the floor to a kitchen phone outlet.

Obviously I need to call the cable company and have the set up moved....but the computer situation would be easily solved with a Linksys router. I was pricing these for the last Black Friday sale...and just wasn't happy with prices. But, my desperate need to clean up the cord situation may drive me to pay more than I bargained for just to have a nice wireless router set up. Maybe I can write it off as a business expense.....that would be admitting my blog is a business....not just an obsession.
